Tax

Charities are often exempt from tax, as long as the money is used for charitable purposes. Charities are sometimes required to deliver a tax return and some trading arms of a charity can be subject to VAT. Our tax team are well versed in these requirements. We advise on these areas in advance of potential tax pitfalls and can support your organisation through them.
